1. Service Offering: The Managed IT Service Provider ("Provider") offers two (2) free hours of IT services to eligible clients ("Client").
2. Eligibility: This offer is available to new clients only and is limited to one per business entity
3. Service Scope: The free service includes remote support for basic IT issues. On-site support, if required, may incur additional charges.
4. Service Hours: The free service is available during normal business hours, typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time.
5. Service Limitations: The Provider reserves the right to determine which issues fall within the scope of this free offer. Complex problems or those requiring more than two hours may require additional paid services.
6. Scheduling: Clients must schedule the free service in advance, subject to the Provider's availability.
7. Termination: The Provider reserves the right to terminate the free service at any time, for any reason.
By accepting the two free hours of IT service, the Client agrees to these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
