1. Data Collection: The Provider may collect and process Client data necessary to provide the IT services.

2. Data Use: Client data will be used solely for the purpose of providing and improving IT services.

3. Data Protection: The Provider will implement reasonable security measures to protect Client data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Data Retention: Client data will be retained only for as long as necessary to provide the services or as required by law.

5. Third-Party Sharing: The Provider will not share Client data with third parties unless required by law or with Client's explicit consent.

By accepting the two free hours of IT service, the Client agrees to these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
