3. Service Availability: The Provider does not guarantee the availability of the free service and reserves the right to modify or discontinue the offer at any time.

4. Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for maintaining backups of their data and systems. The Provider is not liable for any data loss or system damage that may occur during the provision of free services.

5. No Guarantee of Results: The Provider does not guarantee that the free services will resolve all IT issues or meet all of the Client's expectations.

6. Additional Services: Any services required beyond the two free hours will be subject to the Provider's standard rates and terms.

7. Confidentiality: While the Provider will make reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality, the Client acknowledges that the free nature of the service may limit the extent of confidentiality measures applied.

By accepting the two free hours of IT service, the Client agrees to these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
