ZATIS is here to offer quick IT solutions that can come up anywhere, any time. That’s why we don’t shut down after 5 o’clock. We’ll take your calls day and night to ensure our non-contractual/emergency response IT services are working for you. We’re all about remote access and fast troubleshooting when time is of the essence. This service is for a business that is not a ZATIS Technology Group Client, and is a one-time service solution.

Rate Schedule and Payment Terms

Our pricing is straightforward, with no hidden fees. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.

$125

(minimum charge including drive time as applicable and up to 1 hour of service)

Additional service labor hours to be billed at our standard hourly rate of $125/hr or our emergency hourly rate of $200/hr*

*LABOR ONLY. MATERIALS BILLED SEPARATELY

Unless otherwise specified, payment is due at the time service is rendered. Failure to meet payment terms may result in finance charges of 1.5% per month on all past due account balances.

ZATIS IT & Cybersecurity is a dba for Jason’s IT Service, LLC, filing as an S-Corporation and does not require a 1099.

Checks should be made payable to ZATIS IT & Cybersecurity. Our Tax Identification Number is 45-1582861.
