1. Invoicing & Payment Schedule
Monthly Recurring Services:
Invoices are issued by the 5th business day of each month.
Payments are automatically processed on the 5th business day thereafter.
- Projects & One-Time Work:
- A 50% deposit is required to schedule all projects.
- Remaining balance is due upon completion of work (Net 15).
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
- Hardware & Software Purchases:
Must be paid in full prior to order placement.
Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Preferred Method: ACH (Automated Clearing House)
- Secure, no-fee method for all recurring or one-time payments.
- ACH information can be securely updated by contacting [email protected].
- Credit Cards:
- A 3% processing fee applies to all credit or debit card transactions.
- Checks:
- Clients paying by check for monthly contracts will be billed quarterly in advance.
- Payment must be received prior to the start of the billing quarter.
3. Late Payment Policy
- Invoices unpaid 15 days past the due date will incur a $15 late fee.
- Invoices 30 days or more past due will accrue an additional $25 fee every 15 days thereafter.
- Accounts more than 60 days past due may result in:
- Suspension of services until payment is received.
- Reinstatement fees or deposits required for service reactivation.
4. Projects & Labor
Standard Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET.
- After-Hours Work: May incur additional labor rates.
- Scope Adjustments:
Final invoicing will reflect actual time and materials if project scope changes.
- Cable & Conduit Limits:
Additional charges apply for CAT6 runs over 300 ft or conduit exceeding estimated footage.
5. Quotes & Change Orders
Quotes must be signed or approved in writing prior to scheduling.
- Any modification to the approved scope must be documented via a change order.
- Change orders must be approved in writing before additional work proceeds.
6. Warranty
- ZATIS provides a 90-day workmanship warranty on all labor.
- Manufacturer warranties apply for all supplied hardware and software.
